Sunday, March 11, 2018 - A somewhat unusual blend of 50% Cab Sauv 40% Syrah, and 10% Petite Verdot. Notes of dark chocolate with fine, chalky tanins. We enjoyed this however have a preference for the other Baer wines in their 2012 lineup (Star, Ursa, and Arctos).
