Monday, May 1, 2017 - I like this bubbly but this particular bottle was not as good as others I have had. This has been my "go to" bubbly for medium drinking... a friend's birthday where more than one bottle is required, a toast for a neighbor's successes, etc. It has a slightly pink or rose tone to the color, a clean dry taste and finish, and enough acidity to stand up to food. I think it is good with everything from seafood to pizza... but I admit to loving bubbly with food - not just as a celebration drink.
