Sunday, December 11, 2022 - Drinking really well here with the big jam having developed and matured to actually show some (relative) restraint. This leaves all sorts of other flavors room to express themselves. Good point of maturity. Acidity seems low, so not sure this gaea beautifully from here however; fruit tannins are what have held this up.
