Friday, April 20, 2007 - A true California Chard. Creamy on both nose and palate but with enough acid to keep it very clean, pineapple and kiwi and green apple dominate the fruit, vanilla the cream. Long finish with enough acidity and vanilla to make it a pleasant linger.
