Sunday, March 26, 2023 - It’d be easy to dismiss this as a Cali fruit bomb. Nose is huge, red cherry, black cherry, white pepper on it. Wine is super fruitful, baking spices on it with all of the dark cherry notes. This is begging for some grilled meat, we paired w a roast beef on the grill and it was perfect. Let this decant for at least an hour and it’s so smooth. Finish is fruity w some pepper, not too long. Ready to drink now but feels like it has some years left to lay down.
