Sunday, October 9, 2016 - Pinotpalooza (Carriageworks, Redfern): Funky and meaty, slightly reductive almost; closed down. With work some fruit starts to come through though it does feel a little disjointed. More of the same on the palate - all the ingredients are there but it feels disjointed like watching a puppy on a slippery floor.
