Saturday, March 6, 2021 - A handful for one of the few social distancing with vaccinated friend. 2015 W&M Cabernet, 2014 Lewis Reserve, 2013 Tor followed by Penta and Esperanza Tequila. No notes, some memory

PnP and then decanted for 2.5 hours with best sip at the end of the night. This is a strange note fir me as the wine drank much older than it was (10-12 years) but still has fruit left (as it should at 8 years of age) to make it a real compelling wine. The aged notes lifted the overall experience to increase what was previously a disappointing wine to something interesting and enjoyable. Drink now and be surprised (if you tasted previously, all is not lost).
