Thursday, March 16, 2017 - A private dinner (Restaurant Atelier **, Munich, Germany): Classic Wachau style, moderate alcohol, mirabelle and white pepper, lovely balance, ripe and vinous, slightly low acidity but elegant, good length. Best served cool, as it does lack a little cut and precision.
