Tuesday, May 28, 2019 - I didn't decant but poured two glasses immediately for dinner and set aside while i grilled the burgers. the rest we drank in the 30 minutes before dinner and after dinner. The wine still had plenty of life left. a beautiful aged CA CS. Perfumed and red fruits upon opening it and moved to darker fruits/licorice upon opening up.
