Friday, November 3, 2017 - Domaine Delon Masterclass (Vaucluse Cellars, New South Head Road): Plums over spice. It's a little rustic over slightly polished oak, sweet spice. Slightly leathery but there is also a quite perfumed top note and a slightly corked element. Juicy acidity, fresh, but the fruit is a little more muted here and the tannins are chewy and grippy. It also, oddly, feels a little green. Not for me.
