Wednesday, April 17, 2019 - Still enjoyable but certainly teetering... this bottle was closer to the reviewer AACollection - lots of overripe orchard fruit on the nose with notes of caramel and chalk. Even more mineral and salty stone notes than my prior bottle, similar acid profile but a lot less fruit.

Unless you want all of the secondary characteristics and none of the fruit, I'd drink up.
