Saturday, July 2, 2022 - Very fine nose of lemon oil, celery, white flowers, coconut, faint vanilla. Subtle but distinct note of Indian curry leaf and cilantro seeds. that was glorious. Awesome nose 97. Fine precise acidity. Very long fine finish with salinity and flowers. 95. Wine popped with soft goat cheese (not goaty), pickled pine needles and the wine - amazing.
