Friday, April 10, 2020 - This bottle was at or a bit past full maturity. Another victim to premox as the wine is only six years old. Mature aromas of melon and banana could be found in the nose. The wine was more lively on the pallet with notes of salinity and minerality to accompany the overly mature fruit flavors.
