Just enough to taste from a previously coravined bottle. with the rest drank by others. This was fuller/rounder than it was years ago, with a nice amount of complexity.

Nose has touches of green richer fruits but mostly this driven on the nose and palate by rich citrus like orange, pink grapefruit and Meyer lemon. Great moving linear acidity surrounded be a soft chalk like texture makes for a really clean and delicious glass. Excellent

Peachy and pineapple nose with some wild herbs and freshly baked bread notes. The palate is nice, pineapple and unripe peach start the profile which descends to a lemony finish. All is carried by nice linear acidity to a chalky clean finish.

My favourite Chablis producer from my favourite climat. What more can you ask for? Clean green apple on the nose which turns to slightly brused green apple on the palate. Great minerality and acidity. Longbfinish. Lovelly

Sea breeze, seaweed and oyster shells on the nose although my wife found a trace of oak too. There's some density on the mid-palate showing that it is mid-window or even early window - and certainly not about to fall apart. Quite saline and minerally and well balanced. Very good.

An Epic Summer Wine Weekend; 7/1/2022-7/3/2022 (Muskoka, Ontario, Canada): This pours light gold in the glass. The nose is expressive, of honey, spring flowers, lanolin, lemon, green apple, and beeswax. The palate is tartly acidic with the lemon in the foreground. The finish is dominated by bees wax, honey and lanolin. I tasted this wine blind and found it to really have a Loire Chenin Blanc characteristic, and was fairly certain that's what it was. It is aging quite nicely if lacking some Chablis typicity to my palate. I would really like to see more seashell and oyster character.

Just delicious. #9 of the case and drinking great. Very pale gold. Solar Chablis with pit fruit and citrus mixed with ocean/oyster elements. Rich yet crisp. Strong finish. Best bottle yet. (93)

A leaky cork portended to the advanced stage of this bottle. While not as bright and interesting as many past bottles, there was a lot to like here. Advanced but delicious and very much together. I’m going to continue to drink these soon as the bottle variation is pronounced (at least to this point all bottles have been sound and enjoyable). (90)

Delicious and a bit fresher than past bottles. The color is more straw and the nose is more yellow fruit and lime. Keeps the nice mineral edge if not quite the complexity. Very typical. Nicely layered palate. Excellent value if a bit inconsistent. All bottles have been wonderful but the maturity levels are all over the place. Will continue to drink because of the uncertainty. (91)

This is quite delicious. Upon opening, I was a bit worried about the advanced aging that others have mentioned. However, over two hours, the wine freshened and really started to sing. The color has more gold than expected with a green tint. The nose is loaded with chalk and honeydew melon. Mineral. The palate certainly displays mature fruit notes with nice rounded acidity. I will definitely drink other bottles soon as it is aging quickly - just happens to be delicious right now. (92)

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was terrific: a mix of funky and smooth aromas (white tea, grape must, cedar, mild blue cheese) and focused flavors (lemon curd and honeydew). Lots of acidity, bracing and clean. Not particularly floral at first, more of a direct fruity/funky profile. Secondary notes of brine and salinity, which smell lovely. Bitter flavors (kale) bring out more aromatics but mask the depth of flavor. Lightly sweet vegetables (cucumber) bring out the potent acidity and citrus flavors and a different set of aromas. No malolactic traces.... Outstanding.

Delicious, but far more advanced than a 2014 should be (or any recent 2014 chablis I’ve had has been). Same characteristics as my note from 3 years ago, just more integrated with that brass, borderline butterscotch (gasp!) profile arching over the top. If you have these, you should check in, they are currently beautiful and seem to be on an advanced aging curve.

This bottle was at or a bit past full maturity. Another victim to premox as the wine is only six years old. Mature aromas of melon and banana could be found in the nose. The wine was more lively on the pallet with notes of salinity and minerality to accompany the overly mature fruit flavors.

wow, this thing was rocking... rocking in the sense of having super high acidity and citrus profile out the wazoo, mouthwatering in the beginning and then rounded out some (relative to pnp, cuz the word 'round' shouldn't be used when talking about this particular btl)... super bright and lifted, lemons lemons lemons... which I love, not the most nuanced chablis but if you want to teeth cleaned its a nice treat (I've never been a big Vaillons fan, but this likable for me)

Delicious zippy classic bright acidic lemony stony chablis, with an extra level of herbs on the nose and minerality on the finish. This is drinking very well right now.

Extremely crisp and pleasing. Not extremely complex but has class and structure. A great value wine for anyone who wants to see what burgundy has to offer. Will be buying more.

Nice chalky aromas with citrus notes. Rich, soft and delicate, but rather loosely structured. A bit disappointing. After 3 days in the fridge it was flat and gone.

Grabbed this by accident, but figured ‘why not?’. This is gorgeous with a nose of straw, golden rod, dusty chalk, and yellow citrusy fruits in the distance with a complimentary seaspray profile. Those brighter tones are tempered down by some residual darker tones. Good upfront acids on entry that dissipate as the (medium) weight of the body creeps in from the middle. Palate shows the golden flavors from the nose as well as white fruit flavors that seemed to develop with each sip. Excellent, taught, stoniness underneath the fruit flavors that is well-balanced by the weight of the body. This is a serious Chablis.
