Sunday, April 8, 2007 - Easter 2007 (Westchester, NY): Wow this wine has aged really well. Prevalent raisin in the nose which immediately wafted from the glass and filled the air. Everyone Ooed and Ahhed over this one and we drank it with a salmon and beet salad as our second course on Easter. A little heavier in body than most Pinots I have has recently. The fruit was mellow and sweet but no pronounced cherry as expected. Smooth and clean finish that lasted a while. Yum!
