Thursday, December 29, 2016 - Ordered off the list at Michael Anthony's in Hilton Head. Fairly reasonable mark-up on the wine and the order was accompanied with a great stem upgrade. This was a baby. We opened and decanted and shared two bottles across eight people which meant the wine went on the faster side and didn't have a chance to really open in the glass. I appreciated the more muted flavors, clearly well-structured to pair with Italian foods (I particularly liked it with the bolognese and polpette). Would have preferred another 10 years of age though.
