Monday, December 16, 2019 - Dark ruby rims with a deep purple/black core. Loads of dark black fruits on the nose and palate. Extremely well balanced even with a pop and pour. Some nice acidity and perhaps slightly fruitier and riper than classic bordeaux. Nice with some air if you like young and fresh flavours, but could easily keep and develop secondary notes with time.
