Saturday, August 8, 2020 - Give this an hour in the decanter to open up. Once it does, it shows a lovely nose of fragrant cedar and cherry, with some floral notes. Nicely balanced palate, with cherry and graphite. A touch acidic right now, but this should soften with more time. Long finish. This will be a 97 point wine down the road, but I’m going to have a hard time keeping my hands off these bottles to let them get there.
