Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - Decanted two hours. This is showing very well, bold and savory with edgy but accessible tannins. On the palate, notes of olive tapenade, wet earth, leather, herbs, anise. Very full body. This is richer and more intense than older vintages of Tignanello I have tried and is quite a stunner. Many years of life ahead.
