Friday, November 19, 2021 - Double-decanted to remove the sediment and that worked, but better to decant for 1h+. Fresh red berry and black cherry, dried tomato, dried herbs and black tea. The fruit was very ripe initially, but became more fresh and refined with time in the glass. Palate was round with a soft texture. The 2013 has been slowly but surely consolidating over the last 3 years with the palate forming a more coherent structure.
