Sunday, March 26, 2023 - Needa a LOT of air. Very primary and tannic, i would have guessed a newly bottled vintage had I not opened it myself. Poured 3 small sips to sample then left open on the table for 2 hrs. Finally came around and paired well with beef short rib. Needed food for sure. Will be another 15 yes before this can be drank without pairing. But a great wine, typical mayacamas style.
