Thursday, April 5, 2018 - P&p at cellar temp. No noticeable change from when I last tried this two years ago. Great combination of explicit Juralike oxidization and richer, "California," peachy fruit and silkiness, all while staying fresh, juicy, citrusy and refreshing, knit together with good acidity. Some nice salinity develops toward the finish. Good stuff (although not for everyone) and a good value. Seems like drink or hold. No noticeable change on day 2 (stored refrigerated in a half-bottle).
