Wednesday, March 13, 2019 - P&p; drinking well right away, but at its best with 90+ minutes of air in the bottle. Pungent, oxidative (in a good way), saline, stony, around a core of cool citrusy and peachy fruit, all held together by plenty of acidity. Delicious. No major change from three years ago; seems like drink or hold.
