Thursday, June 17, 2021 - Blind 2014 / 2017 White Burgundy (Chez Winefool): Blind. Attractive if nondescript aromas of apple, peach, florals and mint. A substantial palate with very rich and chewy fruit balanced with taut acids. Fun now, but I suspect this gets better as the wine settles in. My 4/6, Group #1. I think the group liked the full throttle nature more than me.
