Thursday, October 26, 2023 - Un Repas en Cuisine - GD host (City Club FW - Chef's Table): Tasted single blind - this wine was lovely. light gold in the glass, definitely chardonnay on the nose, with lemon, citrus, and oak. Bright and high acid on the palate, and an amazing paring with the sole meuniere. Just a perfect pairing - each made the other better. Guessed a 5-7 year old Chablis.
