Friday, October 27, 2023 - Dégustation Chablis 2014 (Chez François G.): Couleur très pâle, verdâtre. Nez typé bord de mer, melon, un peu de souffre. Bouche très classique, droite et saline, bien équilibrée, épicé en finale. Excellent potentiel, mais il est encore un peu trop tranchant, austère voire cistercien. À revoir. Bouguerot? 92+?
