Friday, October 21, 2022 - Slow ox for 2 hours. Less than a 1/10th of a teaspoon of sediment. Relatively thick an unpliable tannins, but they were pretty smooth. Black and blue fruits dominated with just a touch of slightly sour and tangy elements arising on the 30 second finish. Some sweet Oak and a faint touch of green veggies. A very interesting wine that I suspect will improve by a couple points over the next 5+ years.
