Thursday, August 16, 2018 - A good food wine. Nice clear pretty color, aroma of sour cherry and dry herbs. Perfect acidity for the grilled chicken and cheese stuffed pasta it was served with. Tannins and acidity should allow for cellar time, but I kept going back for just a splash more, so at this rate it won’t last long enough to know how long it can last. I plan to go back and get more 2012 while it’s available.
