Thursday, January 11, 2018 - Light, bright ruby. Nose quite ferral and farmyardy initially, though it does blow off after an hour or so to reveal a more sweet-fruited bright strawberry aroma. Not Pettillant or spritzy persay, but a slight sense on instability on the palate that remans through the bottle. Bright strawberry and cranberry fruit and then some fairly crisp acidity that cuts through the mid-palate and finish. The sense of instability remains. OK as a light food wine, but it lacks the complexity and sustained interest for more. No sign of compelxity developing with air. **1/2
