  Light, bright ruby. Nose quite ferral and farmyardy initially, though it does blow off after an hour or so to reveal a more sweet-fruited bright strawberry aroma. Not Pettillant or spritzy persay, but a slight sense on instability on the palate that remans through the bottle. Bright strawberry and cranberry fruit and then some fairly crisp acidity that cuts through the mid-palate and finish. The sense of instability remains. OK as a light food wine, but it lacks the complexity and sustained interest for more. No sign of compelxity developing with air. **1/2

  Drinking really well right now. First, a perfumed "natural wine" funky nose. Then the effervescence on the palate. Doesn't really blow away until several hours later. Then the lingonberry freshness of unoaked cold climate grapes. But interestingly, there's a deeper note of dark fruit behind, and then - bam wham - the freshness cuts through like a sharp knife. Very fresh, very expressive and actually quite complex. Like it very much! Understand there to be mostly Gama, but also som Syrah and Pinot noir and other grapes too.

  Dekantert 2 t. Lys rubinrød. Noe reduktiv rett fra start. Frisk duft av lys rødbærsfrukt i form av bringebær og moreller. Noe pepper merkes også. Flott moden frukt med et sting av mineralitet i munnen. Super juice! Uten svovel holdt denne 5-6 t i karaffel uten å miste noe som helst, ble bare bedre helt til det var tomt.
