Monday, January 16, 2023 - Very nice fruit leather, earth and tar nose. Complex flavors of tar, dark fruits. Bright balanced acidity leads to a long finish. Just opened and is likely to develop over thr next hour.

1/22/2023 9:07:00 PM - Corovined a glass in the last month. Opened for friends Friday night. Vacuuvined maybe a third left in the bottle. So, maybe two hours in the open and then the vaccuvin. Opened tonight. Excellent development. Rich and full with a lengthy fruit leather finish. Would re-rate as a 92-93.
