Sunday, December 3, 2023 - Lemon coloured, medium(-) intensity. Developed, medium intensity nose with dried herbs, bitterness, wax, almond, citrus and a touch of honey. On the palate dry, medium acidity, medium body. 12,5%. Oily texture. Flavours as aromas, interwoven, intensity. Flavours stay in long aftertaste ending in citrus. 88p
Follows over three months. Not much happens in the start. Day 30 a lot of almons and dried herbs. A nice fine salinity added on palate.
Day 37: Developed(+), high intensity nose. Seductive deep complex bouquet where pronounced dried herbs, herb flowers and citrus is added to the first impression. The palate is woven of the aromas. Mouthcoating, austere, structure. A sleeping beauty awakened. Handsome with stately posture. Enthralling. 90p
Day 51: As day 37 plus a delicate cobweb texture on top of an oily base. Superb length ending with a very slight saltiness.
Day 91: Depth, freshness. As day 51 plus wax in nose and flavour. Very tasty.
