Saturday, November 17, 2018 - Dinner at Jims - An open that bottle night (Jim's): Totally wonderful, was a hit at the dinner. There is something about a Cabernet aged and in its prime where the fruit and complexity are there and the structure is pure velvet. Timing was right to open.
