Monday, October 12, 2020 - Last time I drank this I called the color "blush". This has now developed a rosier hue. Still very tiny, tight bubbles, although not as intensely effervescent as before. Lovely notes of brioche, strawberry, a bit of pear and a slightly yeasty finish. Very nice. Drank in celebration of son Matt's and family's pending move to Phoenix.
