Monday, March 20, 2017 - Drank the other night. Beautiful. Settling down but still needs a lot more time. That high-toned cherry flavor is slightly more subdued, and the herbal and earthy elements are coming out a bit more. If you drink now, let this breathe for a long time. Would recommend holding for a few more years (while noting that this probably has no expiration date).
