Wednesday, December 27, 2017 - Wonderful when first opened - could almost pass for a lighter Burgundy like Volnay. After an hour or so it didn't show nearly as well. Thin, and recessed, even for an Oregon Pinot. Would be good with roast chicken. I'd buy again but not at the $30+ price point.
