Monday, January 11, 2021 - Good textbook OR Pinot. Good balance - subdued red fruit, vibrant acidity. Cherries, damp floor, mushrooms. Should reward a few more yrs of cellaring - acidity provides enough structure. Good potential for tertiaries emerging in a few more yrs?
