Sunday, January 8, 2023 - Decanted, filtered and let rest for about an hour. Then we drank it over the next four hours. I agree that this a tricky wine to evaluate. Initially the nose and taste were of cedar and a hint of fruit. Then it turned into something with more red fruit and no cedar before going somewhat tasteless and bland. A late sip revealed more red fruit but little complexity.
