Thursday, December 16, 2021 - 90 mins decant. Light ruby appearance; nose still seems restrained with earth, crushed stone and distant mushroom. Obviously Old World and would have called this BDX if blind.

Dry across the palate, the fruit is still tight but is increasingly present as the evening (and wine) unfolds.

I’d give our remaining bottle 3+ hrs air if drinking in the next few years.
