Sunday, November 27, 2022 - PnP. Blood red color to orange at the edge. Nose is black fruit, cedar, incense, note of bay leaf, NY subway urine (evolved to used diaper, then settled down at the 40-minute point). Palate is black cherry, currant, pencil lead, baking spice, ground pepper. Nicely balanced and integrated. Still moderately tannic. Miles to go till it sleeps.
