Wednesday, April 10, 2019 - Dark as hell. Needing five hours to develop its masculine aromas of blackberries, coffee bean, currants, garrigue or sandalwood. All presented in an elegant way. Multilayered and almost aristocratic.
On the palate is the same story. Chocolatey. Pure velvet. Delicious. Dense, meaty, opulent with a good length.
Only because that acidity low level I've some doubts about its future. A very Mouton bottle. Two more bottles remaining.
