Saturday, April 15, 2023 - Wonderful St. Estephe which really aged gracefully.
The bouquet started with dark cassis notes and some cedar. With extra time some meaty, umami notes develop.
The tannins are soft and melting but it has a good structure and length to develop beautiful and be enjoyable over the next decade or more.
