Friday, April 20, 2012 - Decanted 4 hours, drank over 2 hours with grilled steak, new potatoes, and green beans. Pleasant clean cabernet fruit with a touch of earth on the nose. Moderate complexity if a bit fruit forward with currant, earth/mocha, and mild spice on the palate. Integrated, balanced toward acidity and washed down the meal nicely. Medium finish. Excellent.
