Tuesday, January 22, 2008 - 2005 Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux Tasting (Drake Hotel, Chicago, Illinois): 49% Merlot, 48% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc. Graphite on the nose. Super dry texture. Not much fruit showing. Notes of leather and raw meat. Same score I gave the 2003. 86 points.
