Sunday, February 28, 2021 - Decanted 1 hour, loads of spicy plum, dried cherry, cassis, truffles earthy finish. IMO fully integrated and ready for action but certainly can last for a number of years in a cool consistent environment. Paired so nicely with filets, grilled polenta, and assortment of roasted veggies.,
