Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Consistent with previous notes from 2/2020 and 4/2021. It still took a couple of hours to fully open and for the flavors and aromas to blossom, and seemed a little tighter than I recalled it. It's a beautiful wine and you can certainly drink it now if you give some air, but I'd recommend holding it a few more years since it will just get better. No reason to rush this one since it has a bright future.
