Monday, November 10, 2014 - Decanted little over an hour to allow sediment separation (wasn't much) before taking it out to dinner. Still drank very nice, with some of the usual zin punch a bit more subdued allowing the peppery, dried fruit undertones to stand out. Group loved it and at $38 a great value, but would drink now if you have any left.
