Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Really tight and finally opening up after 3h in the decanter.
First it was subtle wood spices, lemon and apple. Then pineapple and touch of star fruit but never in an excessive way.
Very textured but at the same time high acidity cutting through the richness. Reminded me of a very good St-Aubin.
Tasted younger than it’s age.
