Saturday, February 5, 2022 - Really good again but not sure if expectations were too high, or if I have waited too long since last bottle because the first time almost five years ago was goosebumps good, this time not quite there. A very burgundian feel to this, lemon, tangerine, red apple supplemented by lots of white flowers, stony minerality. A little maturity is peeking through, hints of beeswax and honey.
