Sunday, December 3, 2006 - Opened to breathe for 6 hours and it was great. Classic tobacco and cherry nose, very smooth tannins, good structure for the full cherry/blackberry palate. Smooth finish. Night 2 the nose is more subdued but now hints of black olive and hay and tobacco. Fruits are still there and still very smooth. Nice wine.
